Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

Availability/Scheduling:

  • Current Availability: I have occasional, but very limited availability, primarily for midday telehealth appointments.  I do my best to keep my email auto-responder up to date when availability is limited.  That is typically the best way to get the most current information.  
  • Scheduling: I offer standing appointments (appointments that are the same day and time of the week) for all therapy clients to ensure consistency. At this time, I cannot accommodate “as-needed” scheduling for therapy clients.  

Office Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday, 10 AM – 4 PM, by appointment only.  

Communication:

  • I do not regularly check voicemails—email is the best way to reach me.

Insurance/Billing:

  • I am in-network with many plans under Providence, Regence, PacificSource, United/Optum, and Moda.
  • While I make every effort to verify benefits before our first session, it is ultimately your responsibility to confirm that your insurance covers outpatient mental health and to be aware of your copay/coinsurance amounts.
