These inspiring words from Elizabeth Kübler-Ross serve as the foundation of my therapy practice. I hope you find something on this site that will encourage you to reach out for a new or different path and to know that if you're afraid, you're not alone.
I am a Board Eligible Nationally Certified Counselor and work with children, teenagers, adults and families. My specialties include grief and loss after a death, anxiety and depression, dealing with cancer, and general family and life transition.
